The residence is practically always dirty, and the caretaker responsible for this task does not do her job at all (just like with everything else). She thinks she is a cowboy; I imagine she missed her calling unfortunately... She makes this wonderful place simply unbearable to live in, it is a shame to keep this woman here.

The residence is clean and well located. I recommend. But don't worry about the babysitter. She's completely crazy. The only one that can possibly make you regret your choice.

Characterized rudeness...responds impatiently and ends with a middle finger! It's a residence, and a rascal wants to sell an apartment through Facebook and under another name.
