The neighbourhood is great, nice and quiet. The pool is perfect, but the toilette is real dirty and it was no soap ore paper. The appartment is beautiful, but it need an upgrade, the jacuzzi did not work, but they fix it quick. The cleaning is not good at all. Great with a washing maschine. Lovely balcony. Super air condition.

We where here 12 nights in july 2015. Very big and nice appartment. The air condition was perfect. swimmingpool was perfect. Nice kitchen area. Bed was comfortable ,The tv on one bedroom did not work, called the staff the first day, they said they will come and see but they never came. Some nights it was some teenager that was partying at the swimmingpool they where not a guest. Called the staff but they did not take the phone. The next day we were going to the swimmingpool, but the teenager that was partying last night had thrown things in the swimmingpool and it was broken glass around. Three nights they was partying, and two mornings the swimmingpool was dirty after the party. The maids cleaned it fast and it was ready for use. We called the staff about this and after that every night it was a securite man that was outside and the teenager did not come back. I reccomend this appartment, it was just perfect, so big and cosy.

We are family of 4 with two kids. This is typical residence with not front desk. Everything is arranged by phone (if you are lucky) or by sms. It should not be advertised with front desk. We had trouble with automatic shutters (blinds) in the living room. They were broken and we were like in the cage with no access to the big balcony. We couldn't even open the balcony door. We tried to reach the stuff for the help, and after 2 days of promises we finally got the answer they can not help us, with explanation that thing happens. We responded that thing happened but they already knew that blind did not work and anyway they rented out place. All in all, we left earlier, since the apartment was usable just for one night but not for several days as it wetland. They tried to sent us in smaller apartment in different location after two days. We did not want to leave, since we already unpacked and temperature outside was over 40C. All in all, if you are traveling with family or if the travelers are elderly, do not recommend this place, since they do not have live person for communication on site. It is acceptable just for one night stay, or so. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Place is spacious, bathrooms are modern but with mold around the bath tub, stove is not standard one so we use internet to identify how to use it, since it is microwave and the stove at the same time. Despite other recommendation, we did not find the place very clean. Sorry!!!!
