Studios Foch

Location is excellent, 100m from Cannes Train station and 150m from Public Beach and Cannes film festival venue. You practically stay on Rue de Antibes. Supermarkets and Bakery are right outside and there are several others in the adjoining streets. The apartments has superb wifi. there is no reception but the host is great and very helpful. You can call him for any issues or better still drop an email for any requirements that you might have. Kitchen is fully equipped. Highly recommended for everyone. PS: Apartments are on 2nd floor and there is no lift, also the bathrooms are kind of very small.

First the redeeming qualities: Perfect location Great WIFI Friendly (and only) staff member. He even gave us an extra room for free because I don't know how three of us would have fit in the alleged "Studio" Now the bad stuff: Very small rooms Minuscule shower Electric (and therefore disgusting) toilet No curtains No elevator Peeling paints in the hallways Absolutely no reception area. You walk into a very dark hallway with the code provided and you have to find your own way. I almost turned around and ran away as soon as I entered! I tried using the oven, the whole place went dark! I tried hanging my clothes in the closet and the bar gave way! Big giant NOPE, NEVER AGAIN.
