Appia Hotel

Pass chamber or prison cell...? I just came back from a very bad experience with this hotel. The staff and the boss are completely unprofessional: on the defensive and not in listening. When I report to the cleaning lady the malfunction of the air conditioning, she sends me M who replies "but I have already fixed it! Anyway I can't do anything, someone will come to repair but not before tomorrow".... When I tell him that the blind closes badly, that we can not completely darken the room, he replies "But it's like that!"... When I leave I inform the boss that the room has disappointed me a lot, in several respects (not in accordance with the photos of the site, air conditioning and blind defective, no tooth glass, no toiletries other than a mini soap (!), toilet bowl with foul smell, etc....), the boss addresses the receptionist (his wife!) and tells him: "Mrs. makes a fuss...!" So in this hotel where my room was more like a breeze room or a prison cell, the staff and the boss take you from above, sweep away your grievances and call you a "bullshitter"... No professionalism, no interpersonality... and not a single excuse, besides. Not recommended completely!!!

my friend and I stayed at this hotel, which first saw the pictures, seemed very good and according to reviews also (purchased???). once they arrive: catastrophic. Two drunk men drinking alcohol and rather insistent with the women, several times, who zone in front of the hotel. 5 minutes after paying, we went down to the receptionist to tell him that we wanted to leave because we felt insecure. he told us that we could not be reimbursed and call back the next day to have the person in charge. So we called the next day, a lady replied that the person in charge was not there and to call the next day, and that it was impossible to get reimbursed, that until the men had returned to the room, “it did not matter”, I quote. these people had access to the hotel lobby. Flee this establishment if you want security

Very central! Very clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Close to the train station, the bus station, a stone's throw from the sea! The owner an exquisite person. Great breakfast, worth it in the Hotel! I will return! Highly recommended!
