I am deeply saddened to write this review. I have been traveling to France since I was 14 years old, speak fluent French, and chose this hotel for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by what felt like clear prejudice and a lack of professionalism from certain reception staff after they saw our Romanian passports.Everything during check-in went perfectly smoothly while I was speaking French and English. However, the moment the receptionist saw our passports, her attitude changed completely. Here are the specific issues we faced: Storage Refusal: Before check-in, we asked if some food could be stored and were told it was fine if it was in a bag. When my husband brought the bag (which contained French cheeses), the same receptionist flatly refused, despite the hotel listing storage facilities. We even offered to pay extra, but she refused to help with even a single item. (Note: The next day, a different, much kinder receptionist happily stored our ice packs and wrapped cheeses without issue). No Accommodation Options: We asked to pay for an extra fridge or upgrade our room to get one. We were told no, and even contacting Booking.com did not resolve this.Refused Bar Service: On our third day, I asked to buy a €3 espresso at the reception bar. The receptionist refused, claiming she was busy, and told me to use the cafeteria machine instead. Shortly after, a different staff member came over and made the espresso for me with no issue.While some staff members were polite, helpful, and welcoming, the discriminatory undertone from others ruined our stay. I truly hope I am mistaken about the reason for this treatment, but the shift in attitude after seeing our passports was unmistakable. Because of this, we will not return.

The hotel is quiet and the workers lovely, especially Fabio the receptionist was super friendly and friendly. Ten. Thank you very much.
