Do not stay! This is not a five star hotel! It’s run down and only had one working elevator! The staff is rude and not worth the price! This hotel hasn’t had upgrades in years!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable. During my stay, my luxury Hermès sandals disappeared directly from my room. While a theft inside a room is alarming enough, the management’s reaction was even worse. They displayed total indifference and lack of accountability. No genuine investigation was conducted, no security footage was reviewed with care, and the staff simply washed their hands of the situation. When you stay at a hotel of this tier, you expect a basic level of safety and integrity. Instead, I was left dealing with stolen property and an unhelpful management team that didn't care at all. If you value your belongings, safety, and personal security, do not stay here. Choose a hotel that actually values its guests and takes room security seriously.
