Great stay as usual! Third time and still just as perfect! :)

A very nice discovery, I liked almost everything... the view on lake , the song of frogs, the well-kept vegetation, the elevator to bring suitcases to the apartment, the underground parking... of course everything is not perfect, the furniture of the apartment is not first youth but everything is functional and even a washing machine in the apartment and icing on the cake the path of the siagne opposite to walk his dog

Stayed from April 4 to April 11, 2026. We spent a week there as a family during the first week of the Easter holidays, and we were able to get a very competitive price thanks to the staff committee of the ministry. Upon arrival, there was bad news right away; we were asked for an extra charge to park our vehicle inside, otherwise we had to park outside, not a great first impression. The apartment, on the other hand, is very large, spacious, has plenty of storage, is comfortable, and has all the equipment for cooking; the beds are comfortable. One downside, however, is that they are very poorly soundproofed, so when the neighbor's child upstairs was running around, we could hear everything. Fortunately, they were not too noisy, but I can imagine encountering a family of five or six with parents who shout. A second drawback is that the ventilation is very loud; I had to take it apart to reduce the noise because it is right next to the master bedroom, and it's not ideal for sleeping. As for the rest, the setting is nice, the pool is unusable at this season because it is unheated, and the water was at a maximum of 10-12°C. At least we had peace and it wasn't crowded. The tennis court is average; the court is nice and clean, but the net is in poor condition, and we had to make some adjustments to get it to a reasonable height. And then the last issue, but the management cannot do anything about it, is the presence of the neighboring international airport. When we are at the pool, it is quite noisy, so I can't imagine during the Cannes Film Festival.
