We stayed in August for 1 night during our holiday trip from Germany to France & Italy ! Rooms disgusting ( need deep cleaning & maintenance ) Very rude staff at reception . Rooms need maintenance and renovations . Location is acceptable

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Normandy and were extremely happy with the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and great service. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, the rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, and everything felt comfortable and relaxing. A special mention has to go to the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, attentive and professional, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure their guests had a great stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. We can highly recommend Hotel Normandy to anyone looking for a welcoming hotel with excellent service. Thank you for a lovely stay – definitely 5 stars from us!
