We returned to this beautiful place for the second time, surrounded by greenery, convenient for visiting the French Riviera. From the villa we left on foot to visit the principality of monk in less than half an hour we were at the port. It's beautiful. The villa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday and discovery of new places. Our apartment again was spacious and well organized, thanks to the guys always available (we had a problem with the cafeteria immediately replaced🙏🏼). We recommend it to all those who love independence and comfort

Very clean. The room was renovated and the view was fantastic. the apartment is very comfortable with all amenities. a small kitchen allows to feel like at home ... with covid restrictions and no restaurant.. it is a must... the terrasse is very nice when sunny... car park and gym equipment are free. Some parts are still being renovated (almost done). The owners are very nice, and always try to help and make your stay better... 10 min from the beach and the coastal path to Monaco ... you can get there in 20 min. a very good value for money... I recommand

So noting some of the negative reviews, you get what you pay for!! It’s minutes from Monaco - which is why we went for the post GP week BUT without the Monaco prices. The room was super clean, simply but adequately furnished. Had all we needed. Yes the reviews note the internet is slow - it is!! Very slow, but we were in Monaco to see Monaco not to surf the Internet. The parking is tricky, it’s of the the main road and interesting to get into with the high standard of driving you expect from the locals. I got to use all of my French swearing in one go!! There is a Texaco petrol station 300m down the hill - it sells all the basics you could need if you get caught short. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Yes the road is a little noisy at night but I sleep lightly and had no trouble. So .... to summarise, at the price it was ideal and met my expectations. Owner what a nice chap - didn’t speak any English but we managed fine. Remember the parking is ‘fun’ and the lack of real internet - is you can live with both (I can) then it’s a good option.
