Residence Pierre et Vacances les Jardins Ombrages

Poor service! Cleanliness of the apartments which leaves something to be desired: tufts of hair on the floor, crumbs on the chairs, dust on all the furniture, bed linen not changed after the previous residents, mattress decorated with pretty BLOOD STAINS. It's scandalous !! Despite this, the residence is well located and its swimming pool pleasant (even if it may be missing a few deckchairs because every day people sit on the concrete with their towels)...

A small, quiet residence under the trees. The studios are very well equipped: air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave/grill, hotplates, fridge, the crockery is very well equipped and the bedding is perfect. Sheets, towels and household linen (tea towels) are provided. The little extras if you don't want to use the car, there is a supermarket 5 minutes' walk away and a free shuttle which operates 7 days a week and which takes us to strategic locations in the town of Mandelieu (station, beaches, castle). , restaurants...). The residence staff is very competent and very kind. Thank you for this stay. We will come back !

Lovely grounds and pool , a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops. Also a mile walk to the beach. Reception area wasn't opened until 14th June a week after we arrived. Overall lovely quite well kept apartments but a little out of the way.
