•wait an hour and a half for the room to be “cleaned” •didn’t get the room that was meant for us because it was overbooked •room was incredibly unclean (the shower curtain was brown at the bottom, the toilet had brown stains inside, carpet was stained and not hoovered) •room looked like a prison cell with a toilet AND the shower INSIDE the same room that we sleep in •the walls were dirty •the room only had ONE plug for two people •no duvets, even after asking for some •when complained, got offered a room change for the next day but then when we went to the desk the next day we were told that was a lie and we have to continue living in uncomfortable conditions •got offered breakfast for free which was apparently worth €10 (for a Baguette and some jam with no alternatives for milk for people with dietary requirements, also got turned down for croissants as if they gave us some their would ‘not be enough’ for the other guests. •other guests came and the attitude from the woman who refused us croissants completely changed from the utter dismiss and rudeness we received in comparison the the nice person they spoke to •when we came back into our room on one of the days of our stay the single beds next to eachother which beforehand had separate duvet covers (without duvets) now had only one singular cover on it ? •also when the cleaners “cleaned” they managed to get a plastic bag OUT OF MY SUITCASE and proceeded to put my hair straightener and phone charger in the plastic bag that they found IN my suitcase •a piece of food dropped on the floor and within minutes loads of little insects (size slightly smaller than ants) came out of nowhere and started to swarm around it in pretty large numbers in the corner of the room •there’s no night manager so any problems after 10pm will not be dealt with until the morning so we had to sleep in a room with a corner of full of bugs

There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: it's cheap compared to local prices (not cheap at all for the service they provide) and it's well located. Aside from that, the rooms are depressing and you can hear every neighbor sneeze, wifi never works, breakfast is disappointing etc. If you are on a business trip and you really have to be there, it's a good compromise. If you're travelling for pleasure and you're on a budget, it's not worth it.

A colleague and me went there because of work and we found that the hotel was very disappointing. In general, the hotel was quite old and dirty. The wifi was not working properly, most of the nights we couldn't connect neither from the room or the lobby. Regarding breakfast, we told them that we were going to have it every day, and the last day they didn't have breakfast prepared because "they didn't know we wanted to have breakfast". In terms of cleaning, saying that they did the rooms is too much, they didn't even smooth out the sheets and they only change the towels the last day (we stayed there for 4 nights). In summary, we wouldn't recommend it at all.
