Great location, clean and friendly staff. However the room very poorly arranged, no storage , view of the neighbors so curtain to leave closed all the time. The shower door falls, the toilet misplaced against the shower. No soundproofing with adjoining rooms. I'm not advising.

Did not pay a lot,yet it’s in the heart of Nice ,very close to ice Gare.Traveled to Monaco and Cannes. The Hotel is small ,but staff very helpful and they cleaned the rooms every day with fresh towels. We go here on Tram from airport to John Medcine area no problems. Very closest all the restaurants and cafes

Only highlight its location close to the station and a paid parking 1 km from the old town of Nice Quiet room because located on the 4th floor Small clean room though Television hanging on the wall but with a holder that threatens to fall Tiny bathroom, impossible to sit on the toilet, you have to wait 15 minutes to have hot water, nothing to hang the towels... Only 2 people speak French (at the reception and breakfast) as well as the manager who comes in the morning to pick up his bread but does not know how to say hello This remains a good value for money
