Hotel chosen for proximity to motorway exit. Dated and modest structure with price really too high. Very friendly host. Convenient parking. Non-central area.

Welcome / cleanliness / kindness / position of the hotel where you can do everything within foot and very accessible prices. In short, I feel at home.
