Mediocre welcome in presentation and attitude, the surroundings are not maintained, trash on the ground, the room: stain on the carpet, omnipresent scent diffuser (certainly to mask the smells from the shower), worn furniture, bed lighting broken, bathroom lighting broken, shower tray broken, no hot water in the bathroom in the evening or in the morning, breakfast very, very basic, the lady at breakfast was smiling and pleasant. 3⭐️ far from deserved, I would have liked reviews that were consistent when I curiously consulted the Google reviews following my disappointment, clearly my experience has already been lived and this establishment is well known for that. We stayed for two nights because we went with a tour group. The hotel is located in what could be considered the highlands of Nice and has incredibly clean air, but there are no activities in the vicinity. The rooms, decor, and service feel like they're from the 1980s.
