Excellent location for visiting the city and good parking nearby. Located in an elegant building. Cozy, clean and quiet room. If you stay more than one night you also have a kitchenette, which is useful. The owner Nico is very friendly, helpful and professional

Really disappointed with the way that Sebastien has dealt with our issue of being unable to travel due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions. Gave us absolutely zero flexibility with our vouchers even though the advice from the government was that we shouldn't travel. We were not expecting to be totally reimbursed but thought an extension to our vouchers was a sensible compromise. I think that this example shows that all they really think about is money and have no interest in looking after their loyal customers. The service is very nice and makes you feel welcome. You can ask anything and get help if needed. Nice and safe doors with codes and keys. Rooms are quite small but you get used to it, Big windows open up the space. Newly renovated surfaces, all very clean and neat. Kitchenette works very well even for bigger meals. Air conditioning and heating work nicely and are very adjustable. Perfect for 1-2 people per room for a shorter stay. (we stayed for 4 days) The location is good if you love walking around and going to the beach - it Only takes a minute or two to get to the sea. Located right behind the famous Negresco - that’ll give you a good idea when booking, also a great landmark you can see from everywhere. Museums and other ”touristey” spots are quite a walk away (especially with the heat), so be prepared to walk and plan well or take a rikshaw, bike or a taxi. Many grocery stores and restaurants closeby - Lidl, an organic grocery store and a supermarket.
