Hotel Nicea

My wife, my children, and I spent 3 days in May. The hotel perfectly matched the description. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, quiet, and offers all the requested services. The location is perfectly situated, just 3 minutes from the tram, and its placement in the city center provides access to all possible and imaginable shops. The staff is competent, professional, and available. I thank the entire team, especially the manager who was able to advise us and meet all our requirements. I highly recommend

Terrible in every respect; I strongly advise against it. We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, but once we arrived at the property, the nightmare began. Despite the problem being clearly attributable to their error and that of the Booking platform, the hotel refused to give us the room. Instead of apologizing and remedying their mistake, they insisted that we pay the price difference on the spot. Upon our legitimate refusal, they denied us the stay and entry to the property, leaving us on the street to deal with the inconvenience. We had to wait over two hours before Booking.com's customer service found an alternative. A total lack of respect and sense of hospitality. If the property makes a mistake, it cannot hold the customer accountable who has a confirmed reservation in hand. Absolutely to be avoided.
