Very disappointing stay — bathroom, AC and poor customer service Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The bedroom itself generally matched the room we booked, but the bathroom was significantly different from the bathroom shown in the Booking.com photos. We were given an accessible wet-room bathroom with an open shower, grab rails and a shower chair. There was also a strong sewage smell and very poor ventilation, with a window that could not be opened. The air conditioning was also ineffective. It was running continuously from the moment we arrived, but the room remained around 29°C, despite the thermostat being set to 19°C on Cool/High. A staff member came to check it, but the room never cooled down. We reported these issues to reception and the manager. We were offered another room the following day, but for a very short stay in Nice, moving all our belongings back and forth would have been extremely inconvenient and would have disrupted our plans. What was particularly disappointing was the attitude of the management and reception staff. When we asked for a late checkout because of the problems we had experienced, the manager and reception employee laughed at us. We found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They eventually agreed to a 3 PM checkout. The location is convenient, but the bathroom condition, sewage smell, ineffective AC and especially the way our concerns were handled made this a very disappointing experience. Based on our experience, we would not choose this hotel again.

The only good thing is its location, close to the port and tram stop. The rooms are ridiculous; I was alone, and it was okay for me, but it was a double room where two people cannot fit, especially if they have luggage. If one moves, the other has to sit on the bed because there isn't even a chair. The bathroom is equally ridiculous, with a shower that has not even a single shelf to put things on, and if you drop the sponge, you have to open the screen to bend down. There is no space at the sink to move your arms because you bump into the screen. The breakfast is scarce and not very varied, and the TV in the room is very large but just for decoration because it lacks international channels, so there are only programs in French.

Hotel very well located. Nevertheless..... Reserved via Booking.com for one night since December 2025 for the sum of 139 euros (breakfast included)! A tiny room (208) with a shower. It is impossible to place a suitcase on the floor and there is a very small wardrobe. Welcoming reception upon arrival, but when it comes to getting information about the city, they are not very friendly. Decent breakfast but nothing excessive. If the fact of booking for just one night displeases this hotelier, it is up to him to indicate it on the site and not to place the tourist at the back of his hotel. There are certainly other hotels in the area for the same price.
