Les Rivages du Parc P&V

The worst experience to date, for us who have been loyal to Pierre and Vacances for so long. Apartment 201 stands out for its poor location, with disturbing overlooks, a beautiful view of a massive wall overlooking the entrance, dirty and adorned with anti-pigeon spikes of which we now feel a part. Let's move past the traditional difficulty of signaling our arrival. Without the passage of a resident, one cannot enter. In the absence of a drop-off zone, we are forced to wait, obstructing the entrances and exits of either the neighboring building or the residents. Then there is the issue of the non-functional badge to access the underground parking. There, we find it impossible to park, as a nonchalant Italian tourist is nicely encroaching on our spot. I could have parked, but I couldn't get out of the car... Forced to request a new spot, with the usual difficulty of lowering the stubborn Mottez retractable parking barrier. Finally parked and arrived at 201, it is clear that the air conditioning works, which is fortunate in this rather warm episode. A few days later, one of the two modules will leak episodically. This air conditioning unit, equipped with two splits on either side of the bedroom door, operates with a single remote control, which is acceptable. However, the support from the old installation has been kept next to the living room curtain. The overall layout of the apartment is disappointing, with irritating details of grime or hasty repairs. The toilet bowl is stained, the bottom of the refrigerator door is rusty, and the air conditioning ducts are patched with orange tape. The under-sink cabinet is oddly positioned. The bedroom door has been damaged and repaired poorly. A few details are shocking as they could represent a danger (a sort of box on the wall between the sofa bed and the kitchen table with very visible hanging wires). The living room curtain and the sofa are stained. The bathroom door opens and hits the small heating module, as the floor protection stop has not been replaced accordingly. Benefiting from a bathtub, it does not have a drain plug. After our request, she will arrive two days later. The bathroom sink drains slowly. If it were clogged, I did not see how to access the siphon, hidden behind the support cabinet. The pull rod for the sink's drain works, but the head of the rod has disappeared, leaving the screw thread exposed, which is unpleasant to use. The mixer tap is calcified. No documentation or paper manual, which was available before, for the oven/microwave or the dishwasher, whose operating logic is specific to these low-end brands. Only the (small) TV is equipped with it. As for the welcome booklet that was previously available in paper format, it seems to be accessible via a QR Code. For those who have a smartphone without a QR Code scanner, this is great. Even worse for those who own a flip phone. The managers of P & V who follow the all-digital trend are on the wrong path. In conclusion, an overpriced apartment in such mediocre condition, for which we had requested that the bed be made upon our arrival (€19), which was not the case. We reported it and were fortunately compensated for this oversight. Will we return? When will the managers of P & V understand that the asset of this residence, its location, is not enough to be satisfied, given the prices charged?

The apartments were ready when we arrived. The staff at the front desk was great. Especially Mr.Marc who was very kind and always available

Very clean and impeccable welcome, just the sofa bed in the living room very cramped, otherwise beautiful view and well located. Paid parking space possible very convenient in this neighborhood. The accommodation was in good condition of cleanliness, the residence is well secured (digicode at the gate, magnetic key gate and elevator) parking code also.
