Amazing location, amazing price for what you get. The room was clean and comfortably-sized. The staff was friendly and helpful once you find them. Excellent for budget travellers as you have use of a full kitchen. Only room for improvement is that the coffee machine has some small fruit flies congregating around it and no traps of any sort that I could see and I would have liked to have access to an ice machine. Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice and if I was to return I would book here again.

The place is pleasant, the location is excellent. The area is bustling with restaurants, delicious food, and affordable prices. Just a few blocks from the beach. A 12-minute walk to the train station, where you can go to Cannes and Monaco in a few minutes, among others. I would definitely return!

Zero cleanliness, only available upon request for a fee, which should be indicated at the time of booking, decaying structure, peeling walls, televisions only working on French channels, air conditioning with a faulty regulator.
