Clean and well planned apartment for 6 people, large balcony, well equipped kitchenette, good air conditioning. A little cheap with two toilet rolls for 4 days for 6 people. Large pool area with nice pool, free tennis and table tennis. Close to beach, restaurants, shop, takeout pizza and to bus. Nice staff, easy to check in in the evening when reception was closed.

I am a timeshare owner of the property, purchased about 16 years ago, but in recent years the situation has worsened significantly in terms of cleanliness and deterioration of the property due to lack of regular and extraordinary maintenance. This year I paid 1300 euros as a timeshare fee and I find hundreds of cockroaches in the house, a toilet bowl rusted by time, chairs and armchairs that have not been cleaned for years, and under the furniture, dozens of dirty papers with spoiled snacks under the bed. An index of neglect of maintenance and lack of upkeep. Unfortunately, the owner of the property and the Multivacances hotel club in Paris shifts the responsibilities to Pierre Vacances, which manages the cleaning with a third-party company, and the maintenance shifts the responsibility as they say they can perform ordinary maintenance, but it is unclear what that entails. Unfortunately, I am forced to leave and seek damages from both companies.

We found a display board next to small safe on the counter of the close reception explaining. I should hsve re ied a 6 digect by email that would enable me to access the safe to collect me welcome pack and keys for our room. The 24 hour emergency number in reception just took answer call messages. So we hug about thinking what to do. Eventually, we notice the board outside just before you enter the building onnthe right hand side had an information out of hours number. I.rang this and somebody answered it in French I sad English and she said no problem how can I help. I gave her my name , then she gave me the code to open the safe. I was then able to pick up my welcome pack and keys, then headed to our room. Suggestions: arrive before reception closes or email/call them requesting information about what to do ? It is a self catering, so make sure you have a plan if your hungrey. I strongly recommend you have data on your phone so you can google restaurants supermarket etc. The are is mainly French speaking so you are warned if you have little or no French. A strip of restaurants are a 5 minute walk away along the sea cost catering for ally your culinary desires. Rooms, had plenty of towels and sheets for a short stay for 3 people and all the utensils, dish washer, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. A fan you will need this a tv, microwave, 4 electric glass cooker rings. Take extra round pin plugs. The apartment sleeped - 2 bunk beds, one separate room deluxe bed sleeps 2 and lounge open plan and kitchenette with 2 settee come bunk beds - sleeps 6 people in total. And a balcony the lengh of the apartment with platic table and chairs and a clothes rack to dry clothes.- convenient, comfortable has everything you will need for a short stay and you can use the complex facilities or do your own thing. Like we did. If I was to rate this 4* self catering. This trip included the Monaco F1 tickets for the Saturday. Accommodation I would give it 8/10. It does what is says on the tin and it was value for money.
