A small hotel (on one floor) by the sea, next to the Cagnes-sur-Mer racetrack. Very well maintained and quiet with a friendly welcome from the reception staff. Very good value for money for the French Riviera, including at breakfast (buffet with the essentials and all-you-can-eat). Many restaurants nearby (if you enjoy Asian cuisine, we recommend "Fleur de Lotus" just 100 meters away).

Overlooking Nice racecourse in a quiet area. Not in the centre of Nice but on the outskirts so a train ride is necessary. Train station is a 10/15 min walk. Beachfront hotel with some nice restaurants close by.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Tiercé Hotel with my wife and our baby. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received, with a caring and caring team, which makes all the difference when traveling with an infant. We highly recommend this hotel for a successful family stay!
