We loved this hotel located in a dead end close to the center and the sea, the tram is a few minutes walk and the noise is non-existent. Regine did everything possible to make us feel at home. The bedding is very good, the room has everything needed and is in very good condition. Very good address of this 4 bedroom boutique hotel. We strongly advise

Great location close to the city center, the train station, the English promenade, the tram, the airport... while being a little high in a secluded street which allows to be quiet and have no noise at night in the hotel. The hotel is very family-friendly with a limited number of rooms. The room is large with a large bathroom. It has been recently renovated, the facilities are of quality, it has a small living room inside the room as well as a small terrace. Régine (the host) is very nice, make one feel good and gives good advice throughout the stay. Nothing wrong, I would go back without hesitation

Charming niche hotel in quiet quarter of Nice by the Musee des Beaux Artes. Host Nicholas could not be more helpful and accommodating. Nicholas lent us beach towels and umbrellas and told us about heritage weekend so we found entry into places free. Continental breakfast with eggs was served in the small pleasant garden. Very comfortable beds. Well appointed shower room. Cleaning to an extremely high standard. At first we missed a kettle in the room, but there is a small honesty corner in the basement with a coffee machine. We used that only once because the weather was so hot we did not need hot drinks. Good air con in rooms. If we go to Nice again, we will stay here. Thank you Nicholas, we had a great stay and I miss Hotel Villa les Cignes.
