Residence Saint Exupery

We have booked this place online. The photos in the website were nice and the reviews were ok. when we got there we were shocked. The room was dirty, very small and un-maintained, We have requested a room with twin beds but got a double bed. The lady in the reception was nice but she was alone there, and nobody can prepare another room. The parking under the building was dark and dirty, kind of creepy to walk there alone. The building itself was old. I can say that the fare was very low. After 30 minutes there we have decided to leave ( the room for 3 nights was non refundable) and book another decent hotel in the area.

Is very convenient location for people that have car. 20m away from the beach and other attractions. I stayed in a mezzanine very big room. The residence is peaceful. Have a parking but outside is easy to park

The studios here are basic and tiny. There is no a/c so be prepared for the room to get very hot in summer. They do provide a fan, which is a lifesaver. Rooms aren't well insulated so if you have neighbours you will hear them. The studio wasn't cleaned very well, dust and cobwebs were still ample. Kitchenette has all the things you could need. Kettle, pans, pots, one decent knife. The bathroom is not too small, but the shower is horrible. Very basic shower head without a sturdy wall hanging. Water gets everywhere. Wi-Fi is quite good quality. The people at reception are very friendly and will try to assist you with anything you may need.
