Ideally located residence 5 minutes from the sea on foot. The pool is perfect with a view of the Villefranche bay.

We enjoyed the day around the pool. The snack bar seems inexpensive but you won't get anything on your plate; it's a shame to serve plates that are so empty and flavorless. No fan on the terrace, you will burn up on the spot. I advise you to bring your own sandwiches or to eat in your rooms.

The big positive of the residence is undoubtedly the splendid sea view with a balcony of a quite correct size.Exterior / well maintained garden. Appreciable geographical location to go to Nice and visit the surroundings. Aging apartment deserving of renovation!Railway on one side, road on the other with insufficient insulation.Planned for 4 people,we were only 2 and it seemed very small to us.No storage, little coat rack. Cleaning on our arrival rather average, dirty microwave, sheep under the bed of the room.
