INTER-HOTEL Le Royal Hotel

A great place to stay. We arrived and it was 36 degrees, the hotel was lovely and cool and the staff friendly and helpful. We were able to get parking in a private garage at 8e which was very reasonable. We had a family room which was a perfect size and temperature. Location is a 10 minute walk from the main square, tourist information, town hall and a great selection of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

I stayed 4 nights and booked a superior room directly with the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and was given number 100 right next to the lift and stairs but it was perfect. Very quiet. The room was very large for France and in good condition. I slept well. I adjusted my rate after the first night to include a 2 course dinner.Dinner was excellent and the half board rate is very good value.The staff were friendly and very helpful with good English support.Merci to all the team. I’m very glad I booked this hotel. Travelling by train it was in a perfect location for me.Troyes is very walkable because it’s flat.I did use the free small shuttle bus sometimes. The only negative is that the wifi is unsecured/ has very weak security so I used my roaming date.

Delicious meals, charming and competent staff, the dishes are well worked with local and fresh products, classic cuisine with touches of originality and madness. Nice presentations!
