I stayed at Comfort Aparthotel Zenitude Carcassonne for almost two weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. A special thank you to Thomas, Marie-Pierre and Jean-Loris, who were always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay truly memorable.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained throughout my stay. The housekeeping team also deserve a big thank you—they did a fantastic job every day and were always so friendly.
I absolutely loved the swimming pool. It was peaceful and, during the day, it often felt like I had it all to myself. There is also a small gym downstairs, which was perfect for my daily workouts. It may be compact, but it has everything you need to stay active.
The location is excellent too—only about a 30-minute walk to the beautiful medieval Cité de Carcassonne, making it easy to explore while staying somewhere peaceful and relaxing.
Everything exceeded my expectations. I arrived as a guest and left feeling like part of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Comfort Aparthotel Zenitude to anyone visiting Carcassonne, and I sincerely hope to return one day
