Easy access to all tourist attractions but this place really needs money spent on it to bring it up to its full potential. Rooms are large and relatively clean but serious upgrading needed. Outside walking and parking areas are very run down. The whole place feels shabby. Staff are doing their best under difficult circumstances

This aparthotel , ideally located in relation to the City of Carcassonne (you can walk there) seems to take advantage of this location. The price of 141.49 euros per night at the end of December is quite high and the service is not up to standard. The breakfast is supposedly extraordinary when it is more than commonplace, barely at the level of an ordinary hotel (orange juice is industrial for example) In terms of accommodation, we were very cold at night, the heating was very low. There was no sponge: the excuse was the farmers’ strike delaying deliveries. The accommodation was very run down and not very clean: I was told that the accommodation belongs to owners who refuse to do work. In fact, when things go wrong, it’s never their fault! It is abnormal to have a site with beautiful photos , a high price and a place that malfunctions on several points. There is also an indoor pool: we could not stay there , the water was cold. I was really disappointed by this location.

Mixed opinion. Good and not so good. Great location very close to the city. Breakfast good too. Quiet place. Clean accommodation except toilet that smelled strong urine. Additional light in the main room would not be luxury because a wall painted very dark blue with dim light, in the evening it is really right. Advertised property with heated pool and steam room. The reality is different, the hammam was closed and the pool at 28 degrees. In good weather it can be nice but in the middle of winter we were really cold. Too bad for a 3*, a little disappointed.
