Domaine d'Auriac

We spent an evening and a night at the Domaine d'Auriac, situated in the heart of nature and on the golf course. Very comfortable and very well-equipped room; the night was rejuvenating, which is the goal of a stopover on the way to vacation! Special mention for breakfast on the terrace—a must! Note that the gourmet restaurant is not open on Monday evening... so we will have to come back! And 2 days to enjoy the golf course, which also looks great! Thanks to all the staff for their warm welcome.

Magnificent residence in a relaxing setting / Located a few kilometers from the city, this historic building deserves all the superlatives / Attentive, smiling, and available staff / Family spirit / Currently under renovation, we still enjoyed a magnificent room called "superior" with generous dimensions and perfect comfort. The pool and unparalleled view of the golf course provide a sense of well-being. Thank you again, ladies, for your warm welcome.

Very nice location for this hotel, with trees and greenery galore. At the reception, the staff is perfect. As for room number 4, how can I say... it is very old, even very, very old, with all that this implies. Curtains blacking out the bathroom window are stained, and the heating struggles to be efficient, the bedroom being very high ceiling. The restaurant room is nice: tables for two are spacious and the place lends itself to a romantic one-on-one. The butler is smiling and affable, as is the sommelier. Meal's good. Breakfast, served in the same room; without buffet formula, is provided by a smiling manager. The note is a bit salty in view of the room, but either.
