Kyriad Carcassone Ouest La Cite Hotel

A fantastic 2 night stay at this hotel. staff were so friendly and accommodating. its 15-20 minutes from cite. Lovely little pool and nice seating area. restaurant lovely. limited choice but excellent quality . Room was lovely too. Loved it.

It was not our first stay at the Kyriad Carcassonne Airport, and it certainly will not be our last! If we chose to return, from July 20 to July 26, 2026, it is because we kept an excellent memory of our previous visits. Once again, we were fully satisfied. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, quiet, and perfectly equipped. But what truly makes the difference is the exceptional quality of the welcome. A huge thank you to the whole team, and especially to Katy and Élodie, whose kindness, availability, smile, and professionalism made our stay even more pleasant. They have always been attentive and ready to help with great kindness. We felt welcomed as guests rather than just customers, which has become rare enough to be worth noting. We will return with the greatest pleasure during a future visit to the region and recommend this establishment without the slightest hesitation.

Warm welcome, spacious room, well-equipped and air-conditioned. Pool and spa. Hearty, varied, and good breakfast. And a great welcome for our 4-legged animals. We were with our golden retriever, and the welcome was great for him too.
