Brit Hotel Causse Comtal

Excellent experience in this hotel: pleasant, responsive, and competent staff. Relaxation area very well thought out and appreciable treatments (massages, sensory shower, ...). Restaurant with impeccable service and excellent menu! Very well-located hotel with many places to visit (Bozouls, castles...).

The establishment is encountering technical and organizational difficulties that do not allow me to give a positive evaluation despite two strong points: the efforts of the staff who are well aware of the failures as well as a very good evening meal at the restaurant.

Hotel recommended by the VERY CHIC site: yet nothing is either chic or charming. You get more of an impression of being in a hospital. The rooms are like in a hospital, the indoor pool is dilapidated with foul odors; it is not at all a place of rest and well-being. The staff is professional and friendly, the breakfast is decent. Nevertheless, we were disappointed by this stay, which marked the beginning of our vacation.
