Segala Plein Ciel

Bad experience at this hotel. Very old-fashioned and very minimal cleaning. We found hair in the sheets. The breakfasts were charged twice and we still have not received a refund.

Very restful night for the whole family, enjoyable stay, impeccable service and welcome, all the essentials were there

Positive points: the view is very pretty, spacious room and pleasant staff. Decent continental breakfast and with a choice. Maintenance leaves something to be desired: spiderwebs + damaged light in the room. No mattress protector, flat sheet directly on the mattress, stained duvet, no air conditioning. I think it was a nice hotel 20 years ago perhaps. It deserves to be refreshed!
