We stayed 2 nights in a family room. Very beautiful room, a view on the street side and a view on the valley side. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which isn't great, and the television, which glitches; it's a real shame in 2026.

A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for the exceptional welcome given to my in-laws. The staff showed great availability, a lot of kindness, and genuine humanity, being particularly attentive to my father-in-law's needs due to his disability. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and professionalism made their stay much more serene and pleasant. It is so appreciated to meet people who are so dedicated and attentive. We recommend this hotel without the slightest hesitation and will return with great pleasure.
