Campanile Strasbourg Ouest

We stayed here from 14 to 16 June 2026. After checking in and finding the room, we immediately saw that it is not worth 3 stars.I call it a " Container Hotel " .A small room of 4m by 4m, a small bathroom with bathtub where one barely gets out. Shower did not go because the tap and shower head were off the lime. The walls had apparently not been cleaned in the last few months (dirt, limescale, mold spots....). There is NO air conditioning, NO refrigerator....It was around 30° inside the room.The breakfast....reasonable,little choice but you can sit outside.The restaurant to the Hotel...CLOSED ! ! So you have to look for a restaurant.......choice enough....but many were closed. A word of advice...if you want to have a good stay....DON'T BOOK HERE.

Perfect for a pro 2 night break. Welcome service at the top and nickel room. Near tram and restaurant. Very satisfied

A disaster, following an error, they assigned my room twice, me and a urea client. the hostess entered my room at 11:00 p.m. and started screaming and was panicking thinking I had stolen access. I'm traumatized by his entry without knocking and without waiting I answer. An intrusion into my private sphere, I have never experienced this.
