Hilton International Strasbourg

A year ago we stayed for a week at this hotel. We remembered the excellent hospitality well, so we returned this year. We were welcomed at the reception with a smile and light refreshments. Thanks to Lara, we were given an excellent room. Thank you Lara! Mr. Atchiko, you manage the reception with a high hand with an excellent team. All the best to you and thank you for the upgrade. The room is clean and shiny with a view towards the cathedral. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold products. Special thanks to Gevorg for the treats he brought us With such attitude and such a high-level hotel, we will definitely be back next year

I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. Upon arriving at the reception, I was informed of one night. I asked what to do; the response was that the hotel is full, and I must manage on my own. The same response from the manager. Then, I wanted to buy a plastic bottle of water, but it was impossible because it is a supermarket service. I wanted to smoke on the terrace, but it was impossible because I would disturb non-smokers. Then I wanted to pay in the evening, but it was impossible because it must be done in the morning.

A terrible experience for the simple fact that our friends, on the last day of vacation, were robbed of their backpack containing personal effects and documents by pickpockets during breakfast. Uncontrolled access to the hall allows skilled pickpockets to enter. I sincerely hope that the management takes responsibility for the damage suffered by both individuals and the entire group of tourists. A disgrace for Hilton.
