Mercure Strasbourg Sud

Perfect stay. We came for 5 nights. From the first day, we felt at home. The waitstaff at the bar and restaurant are very welcoming and helpful. We ate there every afternoon. Daily special for under 10 euros, excellent. The reception staff are also great and very responsive. In the room, there is a welcome tray, and you can connect your phone to the TV. Housekeeping is done every day; my husband worked in the morning until noon, and the housekeepers came at 12:15 PM to maintain the room. I used the gym twice. It was very clean and air-conditioned. It wasn't nice enough to use my pool, but we enjoyed the sun loungers a bit. Just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, there is a lake where we can stroll with pleasure. Great hotel that I recommend 100%.
