3 stars not deserved. Incredibly hot. Air conditioning was not provided. In the hallways, it was over 95 degrees with no ventilation. In the room at 9 PM, it was 95 degrees even though it was 77 degrees outside. It was impossible to sleep; in fact, we had to leave.

Superb experience. We rented a studio with my boyfriend for several months. The accommodations are clean and well-maintained; the nearby tram allows easy access to the city, and many shops are close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quite far from the center but a nearby tram station overcomes this disadvantage. The rooms are clean and quiet. The value for money is attractive. Parking nearby. A good plan.
