Sofitel Grande Ile

Our stay at the Sofitel Hotel was wonderful in every way 🤍 We spent 8 very enjoyable days. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent in every detail. The hotel's location is also excellent and distinctive, close to many important places, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to express my special thanks and appreciation to Professor Sami for everything he has provided to us as a family, and for his constant concern for ensuring that our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. His refined manner and great attention had a very positive impact on our experience. Thanks are due to all the staff members for their open-heartedness, cheerfulness, and good treatment throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Sami and the entire Sofitel team for their hospitality and attention. It was a wonderful experience, and we definitely look forward to repeating it again. 🌷

The hotel is very comfortable. The staff, without exception, are all wonderful, and I especially thank Mr. Sami for providing all my requests. The rooms are spacious, and every day they offer in-room hospitality such as macarons, fruits, juices, chocolates, and games for children. My whole family was delighted by the surprises. The hotel's location is very nice, close to everything.

I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île. The highlight was definitely the Front Office team. From arrival to departure, everyone was welcoming, professional, smiling, and genuinely helpful. A very special thanks to Sami, the Director of Rooms, for being so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. He kindly offered me a room upgrade and even arranged a room change when I needed one, which I really appreciated. The breakfast service was also excellent, and the team was very friendly and attentive. The only small downside was that some of the rooms could benefit from renovation, but I was pleased to hear that renovations are planned for the future. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely come back. Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île is now my place to stay whenever I’m in Strasbourg.
