The staff were incredible and the location and hotel were perfect! Special thanks to several staff, Red, Suzanne, Simone and special recognition to Miriam who is an apprentice and doing an excellent job! The location is in the heart of the old town and was once part of a Convent!! Gorgeous! If you’re looking for a perfect place to be in Aix this is it, you can walk everywhere and everyone is so welcoming and friendly!

This hotel is unique and I appreciated the architecture. The staff was wonderful - always friendly and helpful - and I loved the coffee machine downstairs which offered different coffee options, hot water, hot milk, and hot tea at all times. In first room we occupied, we made the mistake of opening the window. The room was on a shaft (2nd floor), and we were invaded by mosquitoes. Big mistake. We switched rooms and the second one (on the 1st floor) was much better. The hotel is a little run down, but still was a good experience. It does get noisy if you face the alley, but we closed the windows at night and it was fine. The location is perfect. Right at the fountain and off of Cours Mirabeau, it doesn't get better in Aix.

Hotel located in a former convent in a quiet street in the city center. Attentive welcome and very friendly staff. Recent renovation, small but well equipped rooms, good bedding, bathroom with separate toilet. A very good breakfast. Public parking with easy access to 300 meters and train station near downtown. An ideal location to stay or visit Aix.
