Positive points: very well located at the bottom of the Cours Mirabeau and direct access to the old town / private parking (small) that must absolutely be reserved Negative points: average bedding (slept very poorly the first night because of huge and very hard pillows to the point of not being able to use them) — I informed the hotel of this problem and they were responsive and gave me memory foam pillows that were much better Average interior soundproofing

Hotel is all right, but the information does not correspond with the actual situation. There is no swimming pool or fitness in the hotel contrary to what the info makes you believe. There is no garage, only public parkings available nearby (a short walk). Not easy to stop and unload luggage before the hotel (although staff was helpful). Breakfast is in a public brasserie which you have to cross before getting to the reception. It is an all right hotel, close to the centre, but a three star, not a four star.

Perfect in every way! The room was very nice and clean with the cutest bathroom. Being located in the city center was definitely a plus, very easy to walk anywhere you needed and easy pick up location for taxi/Uber. I found it to be a great value for its location and exceptional concierge. Every restaurant and day trip was spot on what we wanted. He never steered us wrong. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
