Good hotel to use as a base to explore Aix and also surrounding areas. Value for money is good, as there are no additional charges for parking, wifi, breakfast or safe. Check in was good. Room comfortable, basic but everything you need. Breakfast was buffet style with good selection. Free tea and coffee also available throughout the day. Dissapointed that although a meal deal is offered and advertised each evening, I was charged full price. Generally, all good.

I enjoyed eating outside in the shaded patio, the rooms are comfortable and overlook a pleasant courtyard. Ample free parking and convenient access to the highway. Wifi works well. Easy access to downtown using the city bus.

Stayed 1 night. Arrival at hotel a bit tricky due to roadworks. 5 km from center. All rooms on ground level. Rooms very small. Mold on bathroom wall. Comfy bed. Reasonable breakfast. Pictures on booking.com created expectations. Reality brought disappointment.
