⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at the Novotel Pont de l’Arc in Aix-en-Provence and the experience was simply excellent.
The location is perfect: in just 5 minutes by car you can reach the center of Aix-en-Provence, while it is an ideal starting point for visiting all of Provence. In a few minutes you can reach some of the most beautiful locations in the region, making travel truly convenient.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, as are all the common areas, which are large and pleasant to spend time in. The parking lot is a huge added value, practical and convenient for those traveling by car.
A special round of applause goes to the entire staff, who made our stay even more pleasant. Michael, Carla, and Jeremy were simply exceptional: always smiling, professional, very helpful, and ready to assist us with any need. It is rare to find people who know how to make guests feel so welcome.
The hotel restaurant is also excellent, where we ate very well in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Finally, the price-quality ratio is truly excellent: a property that offers high-level services at an absolutely reasonable cost.
If we were to return to Provence, we would have no doubt: we would choose the Novotel Pont de l’Arc again. A stay that exceeded expectations from every point of view. Absolutely recommended!

An aging hotel, uncomfortable and very far from the expected standard
We were deeply disappointed by our stay at this hotel in Aix-en-Provence. The establishment is clearly aging and needs serious renovation. The rooms are uncomfortable, the facilities seem outdated, and the overall experience does not meet the level one is entitled to expect.
The air conditioning system is particularly problematic. The wall units seem to lack maintenance and clearly require a thorough inspection. They are dirty, dusty, and give a strong impression of a significant presence of dust mites, which is particularly concerning for allergy sufferers. Moreover, their power is totally insufficient against the high heat of the European summer, making the rooms uncomfortable, even stifling.
But the most disappointing point remains the staff. We encountered unfriendly, rude employees who lacked a basic sense of hospitality and service. On several occasions, their attitude was unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel establishment.
In summary: an old, poorly maintained, uncomfortable hotel, with ineffective air conditioning and particularly rude staff. A very disappointing experience that we absolutely do not recommend.

Easy access by car. Close to the highway, which is not heard from inside the hotel or the restaurant terraces. Numerous parking spaces, 4 electric charging stations (insufficient)
Courteous reception. I recommend the "executive" rooms, which are larger and overlook the garden and pool. The restaurant service is courteous and efficient; the food is simple but good. The breakfast is well-provided.
I appreciated the tranquility and beauty of the garden.
We will return.
