Aging room , lack of sockets, shower too small , shower curtain lack of hook , sink full of scale , bed; board in place of a bed base ,well everything is damaged....😡😡for a price of 46 euros a night, it is shameful When we had been in room number 2 ,it smelled like cigarettes 🚬 right in the nose ,especially when it is written do not smoke 🚭 in the rooms. Regarding breakfast ,no pastries 🥐 😱 I asked them , they answered me only dals le campanile so at 6.50 euros it is abused.... So overall, it’s lamentable and shameful Concerning also and without forgetting the staff nothing to say , very nice ☺️ But we will not come back to this hotel, nor the one in campanile😡😡

Aging room, we had to visit three rooms to find one pretty much correct, I find it unacceptable that a so-called first class hotel and rooms like that especially at the price of 46 € per night I think it's a shame on the part of the group.

Hotel well located but s is the only attraction of this establishment....the rooms are mediocre with bedding that has bedding only the name the paintings are to be redone it seems that the rooms are dirty the same for the floors.... No soap in the shower but it seems that it is normal because as they will redo the rooms the staff must put soaps (absent for me....) instead.... Breakfast more than average bread seems the day before no pastries it is not worth the 6.50. And the top c is to read on the door panels with the rates of the various services that the triggering of smoke detectors....etc Triggering at the triggering place....it still does a job when it's read by everyone... In short this hotel is to flee
