Hotel Club Village Camarguais

Very disappointed with this sowell. I think AI must have intervened for the photo..very dark room bathroom redone roughly smell of humidity the area around the room is never cleaned front door paint peeling. Bar reception area redone as well as the dining room. Exterior not cleaned and toilets full of yellow limescale at the reception meals need to be changed always the same thing ....in short dissatisfied with this place

We had a very good stay at this hotel! The staff was truly superb, welcoming, smiling, and always very attentive. A big thank you to the whole team for their kindness and professionalism. We really appreciated the atmosphere, the service, and the quality of the welcome. We are leaving with very good memories and we will not hesitate to return!

I want to set the record straight regarding the negative points that can be read about the Sowell in Arles, as we had an excellent six-day stay at L'Olivier. I even had the opportunity to discuss this with the director and his assistant, who are very open and friendly. The malicious comments are completely unfounded. The cleanliness is remarkable (the sheets and towels are changed), the dining is excellent, varied, and plentiful (gratinated mussels, asparagus, strawberries,...), and the team is attentive and caring. I therefore highly recommend the Sowell in Arles with L'Olivier and the Amandiers, which have a more hotel-like concept, and the Hameaux de Camargue, which have a more Airbnb-like concept.
