I understand the modest price, but kindness doesn't cost anything; aloof staff. Regarding the location, it is not worth the price... pool... no comment.

We had booked a room for the night of August 11 to 12. We had been warned before our arrival of an air conditioning problem, presented as a simple inconvenience. Upon our arrival around 11 p.m., after having paid for the room, we discovered a barely bearable heat as well as numerous ants in the room. When we asked to change rooms, the night receptionist, Duyan Lecoq, indicated to us that he could do nothing and replied that, if we were not happy, we could "go sleep elsewhere." No refund was offered to us. We therefore had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and find another establishment. The next day, the front office manager, Mariia, disputed our version of the facts, refused to see the condition of the room herself despite the photos taken on site, and also refused to process the refund. Beyond the condition of the room, it is above all the lack of a solution and the attitude of the staff that deeply disappointed us. We were finally very well received at the Adagio hotel, where we had to go in the middle of the night. We are still requesting a refund for the night we were unable to stay. An experience that we are absolutely not ready to repeat.
