The room was in a deplorable state of hygiene: mold, a strong smell of dampness, dirty sheets with hair, dust, and stains, a very dirty mattress, the presence of bedbugs, bites during my stay, as well as traces of excrement in the seams. In addition, there was a complete lack of hot water throughout the stay. I spent my time washing and disinfecting all my belongings for fear of bringing bedbugs home with me. After consulting the reviews, I discovered that many guests had described exactly the same problems for years. It is incomprehensible that such an establishment is still open. The next day, I had to struggle to obtain the manager's phone number. He acted as if he was completely unaware of the various reported issues. When I continued to point out the unacceptable state of the hotel, he lost his temper and began to insult me with extremely vulgar and abusive language, exhibiting unacceptable verbal violence. What a shame! This is the first time I have experienced such a disastrous situation. Between the completely unsanitary condition of the establishment, the manager's behavior, and the numerous complaints already published by other guests, I do not understand why no one intervenes. Do not go there!!

Monstrous! My daughter stayed there but had to flee after the second night. Hygiene below all standards, mold, no hot water, and above all, the presence of BEDBUGS!!!!!! To top it all off, she was thoroughly insulted by the manager with remarks that decency prevents me from recounting here, simply for expressing her dissatisfaction! It is imperative to report this to the town hall and to involve health services; this establishment should be closed! Flee, flee absolutely!!! It's shameful!
