Hotel is very well located. At breakfast, which is fabulous, you have an unforgettable view. Friendly and attentive staff. The interior of the hotel is very nice. The exterior needs a little refreshing. The treatment area is impeccable, with very professional and attentive staff. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The only downside is the dining area of the restaurant M'PLAGE. Dishes were not good and expensive, and the service was very slow.

We were a couple, staying for 3 days in 2 rooms with à la carte treatments. We were pleased with our stay, the hotel's location, the reception, the comfort, the cleanliness, the treatments, the quality of the cuisine, and the varied and complete breakfast. We had a problem at dinner due to the presence of a seminar and poor organization from the manager, who remained silent in the face of the customers' dissatisfaction. The next day, we received an apology message from the Management along with a small token, and on the day of our departure, the Director personally apologized to us with explanations. We appreciated this respectful gesture towards us and all the competent Staff at Thalazur! Thank you

Three stars are well-deserved given the quality of service and facilities of the establishment. A renovation of the exteriors and better information provided by the reception upon arrival regarding the thalasso services offered would be a real plus.
