Hotel Ariane

⭐ Very bad experience – family stay I strongly advise against this hotel given our experience. We had booked two rooms for a family stay and were very disappointed by the accommodation conditions. Room 175 was very dirty and full of dust, with air conditioning that displayed about 25°C and which, in addition, was leaking into the room and got our clothes wet. A technician came while we were in the room, but without managing to fix the problem. We were then moved to room 275, but the heat there was still barely bearable. We asked for a fan. The front desk initially refused our request, replying that "25 degrees in the room is better than 35 degrees outside." Finally, around 2 a.m., a fan from an office was brought to us, but it was itself very dusty. The common areas were also in a concerning state: spiderwebs in the lobby, poorly maintained hallways, a utility closet left open for about 48 hours, and equipment abandoned on the floor in the walkway. This also represents a tripping hazard, especially for children. What was supposed to be a pleasant family stay turned into a very disappointing experience. I am sharing this review so that future guests can know the conditions we encountered before booking. For our part, we will not return to this establishment.

We had known Ariane Fos in 2016, then we stayed there 3 times, everything was perfect, simple, clean, varied cuisine because of half-board guests. Then disaster struck, while the hotel remained pleasant and the staff as well, there was no longer any kitchen; one year, a cheese and cold cuts platter for 5 nights was not acceptable. The following year was already better, but the meals rotated with 3 options. We had given up on this place... And this month, honestly THANK YOU! It was even better than the years when it was good. The welcome, the spacious room, but also the dining, an impeccable menu, well-presented plates, plenty of choices... And a well-justified price which adds happiness to the stay... We are already thinking of returning next summer.

Hello, it looks like it's not Ariane that I know... I knew it as divided opinions but then, from 2020/2021, it wasn't that at all, not about the hotel, the facilities but there was no more restaurants and then in 2024 it seems to me, an inconclusive test because 4 courses but always the same... So my question is there catering?
