I found myself stuck in front of the hotel for 1.5 hours in broad daylight while I was a guest: the hotel was locked, no staff, no information posted, no emergency number, and no way to enter with my badge. This situation caused me to miss several important business appointments. The reception then explained to me that a daily closure between 12 PM and 3 PM had been implemented, but this information had never been communicated to me during check-in. There was a very poor lack of communication and no compensation offered despite the harm suffered.

Nice hotel, great welcome, perfect bedding.Only the shower does not deserve compliments. Although we benefit from 10% as guests of the Hotel, I recommend against Buffalo Grill which is next door. It's not the Buffalo Grill of yesteryear. The fireplace doesn't even smoke anymore.

We chose this establishment for its positioning on our route. It has a closed parking under the supervision of a guard at night by video. The second level rooms are redone as well as the reception and breakfast room. Very quiet and possible restoration nearby.
