Shameful... nothing is going well!! No air conditioning, just a fan that sounds like a Boeing Dirty mold everywhere in the bathroom Window without a handle (even though the window is not locked) this is unbelievable Do not move the table because rust is a sad reality Flee this place No closet No shelf around the bed Room B 102

Unfortunately, I did not choose the hotel (business trip). Everything is unhealthy, mouldy, stained, broken. The floor is dirty, the curtains are in poor condition, the tiles are cracked, and the metal border separating the kitchen area from the bedroom is no longer fixed to the floor making it dangerous (see photos). Soundproofing is non-existent, we hear cars. How can one rent rooms in such a state? The bathroom with mold in the shower.... Breakfast null and uninteresting with poor quality products. One of the worst hotels of my life....

INFESTATION OF BEDBUGS! Avoid this Appart'City at all costs! When I arrived in the room "reserved", I discovered insect pests (5 mm bed bugs) on the sheets and mattress! Unhealthy, repugnant, dangerous to your health. I ran immediately without sleeping for a second. Worse, the management and some members of the reception (morning team but not the evening team who was very respectful) totally disrespected me: contempt, zero serious response, bogus excuses and refusal of refund until I insisted on the booking platform to get my due. No service, no hygiene, wasted money. Shameful! Photos in support. Never again, and demand a full refund!
