Campanile Marseille Est La Penne

I do not recommend it to anyone. I state that I travel for work and I am very satisfied; but never in life has I ever experienced such a structure. If you don’t speak French you need a translator; no Italian, little English, zero Spanish (they had some options). But the gem is the room: I overlook the hair found in the bed; but bathroom not windowed with fan not working with tiles that oozed water visible to the naked eye; carpet in the damp room in turn that you can not walk barefoot. Imagine the clothes left there a day: wet and smelly. I close with the non-respect of schedules: obviously after a sleepless night me my partner and our 4-month-old baby wanted to leave immediately and at 6:08 (the structure says from 6:00) I presented myself at the reception for my complaints and for check out... to close on a high note there was no one. It took me 10 minutes to write a note to hang on the front door, but even in that time no one arrived. PS. Against the note, they didn't even write to me to find out what happened. I didn't pay them with monopoly money.

Three nights in this hotel to visit Marseille in surroundings. Convenient two minutes from the highway exit. Friendly staff, very fast check-in. Decent, clean rooms, air conditioning and bathroom with bathtub/shower large enough. Marseille center 15 minutes by car, breakfast boulangerie three minutes and very close shopping areas.

I am very unhappy with this hotel. The room was very small and the bathroom extremely obsolete. The choice for breakfast and dinner was very limited, and many essential accessories were missing. I do not recommend this property and do not intend to return. Increasingly disappointed with "Kyriad"
